These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Digitech Media LLC, including but not limited to website development, design, template customization, and monthly support retainers.
We offer custom web development, support, and design services. This includes custom CMS platforms, video streaming sites, membership functionality, and enhancements to third-party adult tube scripts (Mechbunny, KVS, Adult Script Pro).
All projects require either full payment upfront or a deposit as outlined in your invoice or contract. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and due on the first day of the service period.
You retain full ownership of any content you provide. Code developed specifically for you under a custom contract is your intellectual property upon full payment, unless otherwise noted in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and all necessary assets for the successful delivery of work. Delays in content or communication may impact timelines.
All projects and data are treated as confidential. We may sign a mutual NDA upon request to further protect your proprietary information.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly, and any unused time on a retainer will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.
We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes after delivery. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your website or application.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
